I was born in Hobart, Tasmania on the 4th of October 1966. I grew up in Hobart and stayed there till I was 20. I moved to Melbourne in 1987 in order to start a new life (as an openly gay male).

The first time I came to Melbourne was for a holiday in 1986, I fell in love with the place straight away and I knew from that moment that I would move here to live as soon as I had the chance. I lived in several suburbs before ending up in St Kilda and have to say that I think St Kilda is one of the best suburbs in Melbourne.

I would recommend Melbourne to anyone, for a holiday or to live.

As for my working life, I have worked in various jobs, including 2 gay venues. I spent seven and a half years working at the ANZ Bank and eventually decided to have a break and try a change of career paths. I thus embarked upon a career in the ever growing hospitality and tourism industry here in Victoria. However, after about 18 months, I seriously decided it was not for me (and got over it in a big way) So I started temping back at ANZ until July 99 when I went permenant again.

Likes and dislikes:

There is nothing more that I enjoy than meeting new people. This is one of the most stimulating pass times that I can think of, I like to go out for coffee (and cake) and find out all about them. I like to learn all that is learnable in order to really know a person. I enjoy going out and about occasionally, but I much prefer to stay in doors with a nice bottle of red and a man to cuddle up to.

My real pet hate is lies, you can do whatever you like in this world, just don't lie about it. I would rather hear the truth and be hurt, than find out about a lie and be hurt worse. Other than that I am a reasonably easy going guy.

Well let me see, what do I do in my spare time?

I like to spend time reading, always fantasy style books, as in magic, elves, and mystical creatures, I enjoy shopping (but then again so do most of the people I know)I sometimes head to Prahran on the weekends (i.e. Saturday night - the Exchange) and yes I spend time playing on the PC and running around on the internet/IRC/ICQ and playing with my Webcam.
 

Space - My final frontier:

I like science fiction, I grew up watching all the old t.v. shows like lost in space, Dr Who, Star Trek (the original) and movies like the Star Wars trilogy, Alien, Close Encounters etc. That love I have carried all the way through my life. Now days its Star Trek (yep the rest of 'em - Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager) and anything else that is remotely science fiction related. I am the sort of person, that if the opportunity arose to "beam up" and travel to a distant galaxy or to walk into a mysterious blue police box and be taken away to another time and/or another place, I would do it without hesitation and worry about the consequences at a later stage.

Oh yes and my favorite fetish has to be:
